5Equipment
5.1 All equipment is provided clean and in good working order. Each hire includes: 1 Bluefin Cruise 10'8 paddleboard, 3 fins, 1 adjustable paddle, 1 leash, 1 waterproof mobile phone case, 1 pair of water shoes, and up to 2 buoyancy aids. 5.4 Equipment must not be transferred to any third party during the hire period.
5.5 Do not drag boards along the beach or shingle. Always carry them to avoid damage.

6Damage, loss and late return
6.1 You are responsible for all equipment from the time it is handed to you until it is returned to us in the same condition.
6.2 You will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement of any equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen during your hire period. We will provide a written estimate before any charges are applied.
6.3 Equipment must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns will be charged at the standard hire rate plus 20% for each additional hour or part thereof.
6.4 There are no refunds for early returns.
6.5 If equipment is not returned and we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to report the matter to the Police and HM Coastguard and charge your payment method for the full replacement value of the equipment.

7.2 You must follow all safety guidance provided by us at the time of hire.
7.3 You must not paddle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7.4 You are responsible for being aware of local maritime rules, tidal conditions, and weather forecasts. In the event of an emergency on the water, dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
7.5 We reserve the right to refuse hire to any person we reasonably believe to be unfit, under the influence, or likely to put themselves or others at risk.
7.6 Only one person may use a board at any one time unless explicitly agreed with us in advance.
